台式翻板贴合机

本产品适用于各种硬质平面产品与软质平面产品的软对软（SOFT & SOFT）、软对硬（SOFT & SOFT）贴合工艺；如液晶屏（LCD PANEL）、触摸功能玻璃（SENSOR GLASS）、钢化玻璃（COVER LENS）与光学胶（OCA）、偏光片（POLARIZER）的贴合；也可用于光学胶（OCA）与光学胶（OCA）、触摸屏（SENSOR FILM）的贴合。

• 将玻璃放在下工作台上，打开真空，吸附牢固;

• 将软膜放于上翻转板，打开真空，吸附牢固;

• 按双启动开关，软膜翻转板翻转到位，载台平移进行贴附;

• 贴合完成，翻转板复位，载台回原点。

• Put glass on the lower platform; turn on vacuum to attach it.

• Put film on rotatable plateturn on vacuum to attach it

• Press double “start”button, rotatable plate move in place and platform moves translational to laminate.

• Laminating finishedrotatable plate and platform go back to origin

• 人机操作界面:便捷设定和显示各项参数;如平台进出速度，贴合时间等。

• 操作控制按钮:对常用功能使用按键操作，使用双启动开关，有效保护误操作启动。

• 压力显示表:显示胶辊压力。

• 翻转平台真空分段吸附机构:放置软膜的平台，使用翻转形式贴合有利于产品的取放。

• 平台千分尺调节机构:可通过千分尺精准调节X-Y-0。

• 参数调节:可精密调节胶辊压力大小以及翻转速度。

• Operating interface is convenient to set and indicate all kinds of parametersuch as platform moving speed and laminating time
